MFDevCo has created a gas to wire solution which can maximise economic recovery of stranded gas resources.
Gas to wire technology installed on the existing offshore platform uses recovered gas to generate electrical power, that is transmitted into the power network via subsea cable. Gas to wire avoids the inefficiency and cost associated with piping natural gas to shore.
